Want your child to experience horses in a safe, fun environment?

Windstar Farm’s instructors are excited to share their love for horses with first timers or weekly lesson riders looking to gain more pony time!

Our ponies and horses enjoy extra grooming time, bobbing for apples and hanging out with the children teaching them about horse care.
Horse Lovers Campers enjoy the following activities:
  • Grooming: prepares horses for riding and connection with riders
  • Handling and tacking a horse: Leading and equipment
  • Riding in the arena
  • Participate in games and craft projects

Deposit for Camp

Secure your spot with a $100 deposit due at sign up. 

Remaining amount of $500 due one week before clamp starts.

Basic Requirements:
  • Students must wear an ASTM/SEI certified horseback riding helmet at all times while mounted.
  • Students must wear long pants and hard-soled shoes (preferably boots).
  • Students should bring a sack lunch, plenty of water, sunscreen, and bug spray. A refrigerator and microwave are available.
