Horseback Riding Lessons

Lessons for non-boarders

Evaluation lesson: $100 (for one hour)
New clients will be evaluated on their level of riding and their safety skills when working around the animals. For new client intake only.

Private lessons: $95
These students need assistance and supervision tacking and untacking their horses. This option is required for beginners, as they must learn the importance of working around horses while being safe and confident. These riders will get around 30 minutes of ride time with 30 minutes of work on the ground.
​Group: $85
Semi-private: $95
An ideal option for friends, family members, or significant others learning to ride together.

Lessons for boarders: $75
Lessons are tailored to horse and rider learning objectives at time of lesson. Depending on level of rider or horse, lessons include jumping grids or courses, adding new flat work skills, and confidence building patterns.

Payments & Schedule:

Pre-payment One month in advance, due by the 1st of the lesson month.

Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice required, or lesson fee will not be waived.

Payment Day of Lesson (Effective May 1, 2026):** Lessons must be prepaid or paid on the day of the lesson. A $10 fee will be applied if not.

  • Lessons are for children aged 6 or older

  • Boots with a heel. Long sleeve pants. We do request that students purchase an ASTEM approved equestrian riding helmet.
    *Please do not arrive with a bike helmet.
